崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
-To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in pastry according to the standards required by the management
-Responsible for the food production in respective F&B Outlets, and food served in Banquet functions.
REQUIREMENTS
-Oral and written fluency in English.
-Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel Management
-Minimum 5 years experience in an International class hotel
-Innovative in product development
-People and customer oriented
-Motivator and self starter
-Displays initiative and creativity
-Commitment to professional values
-Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
-Excellent leadership and organizational skills
-Good interpersonal and communications skills
-Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
